All refund requests must initially be made to The Chelsea Laboratory’s customer support team at [email protected] no more than 60 days after the initial purchase date. All refunds can only be processed back through the original card or payment method used for the initial product purchase. You understand and agree that, after the 60 day refund period, all fees and charges are non-refundable.
